Technical Support
ADL Embedded Solutions offers free technical support on all of our products. Our support engineers can be reached by phone and email, Monday - Friday, CET +1, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m, support@adl-europe.com. Our goal is to respond, either by email or phone, the same day you contact us. They can examine your situation and determine the most effective solution.

Customer Service
Should our product require repair, our Customer Service department provides prompt service. Warranty repairs are performed without charge. Products out of warranty are repaired at very moderate prices.
If you need to return a product to ADL Embedded Solutions, you will need to get a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number first. Please complete the form and send it to us using the SUBMIT button below. We'll send you an RMA number in return.
